Attacker-directed connections via GET form validation

CSRF in Jenkins GitLab Branch Source Plugin 684.vea_fa_7c1e2fe3 and earlier allows remote attackers to connect to chosen URLs. GitLabServer.DescriptorImpl.doCheckServerUrl accepts GET requests and passes the supplied serverUrl to connection logic instead of requiring POST. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to issue the crafted request, and the server-side effect is limited to an outbound connection.
