Incorrect default permissions in Cast Launcher in Unifier and Unifier Cast allow local users to execute code as LocalSystem. Cast Launcher assigns overly permissive file access rights to files it creates; Yokogawa has not publicly identified the affected paths or ACL entries. Local access with low privileges is required, and successful exploitation permits program installation and data modification or deletion.
