Service interruption via reused HTTP header buffer

Use-after-free in Suricata 7.0.0 through 7.0.2 allows attackers to interrupt packet inspection with crafted HTTP traffic. In detect-http-header.c, multiple inspection instances share a reallocatable buffer, so a header longer than 1024 bytes frees memory still referenced by earlier headers. The flaw is reachable only when the ruleset uses http.request_header or http.response_header, exposing the engine to memory corruption while inspecting matching traffic.
