Information disclosure via unvalidated payment identifiers

SSRF in TrueLayer.NET before 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to read unexpected local or internet resources through SDK requests. The payment and payment-provider lookup paths accepted attacker-controlled identifiers as absolute or backslash-prefixed URLs, and ApiClient sent the resulting URI without checking it against configured TrueLayer base addresses. Exploitation requires an integrating application to pass untrusted values into those SDK methods; resulting requests can disclose resources reachable from that application's network context.
