Engine crash via oversized PostgreSQL payload copying

Resource exhaustion in Suricata 7.0.0 through 7.0.2 allows remote attackers to crash the engine via crafted PostgreSQL traffic. The pgsql response parser consumes bytes beyond the current PDU and copies the oversized remainder into message payloads, causing quadratic memory growth across many small PDUs. Exploitation requires the pgsql app-layer parser to inspect attacker-controlled traffic, and successful memory exhaustion interrupts network monitoring.
