Stored XSS via unescaped noscript closing tags

Cross-site scripting in Discourse before 3.1.5 and 3.2.0.beta1 through 3.2.0.beta4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The server renders user-controlled post content inside a noscript element without escaping embedded closing noscript tags, allowing crafted markup to break out into executable HTML. Posting content requires a low-privileged account, and script execution is limited to instances where the default Content Security Policy is disabled or permits unsafe-inline.
