Account takeover via Host-derived password-reset links

Host header injection in MantisBT before 2.26.1 allows remote attackers to hijack user accounts through poisoned password-reset links. When $g_path is empty, core.php derives it from attacker-controlled HTTP request headers and embeds that base URL in reset notifications. The attack requires a known username and email address plus user interaction with the poisoned link, and grants access as the targeted account.
