Authenticated command execution via report generation

OS command injection in Siemens SINEC NMS before 2.0 SP1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands during report creation. The report-generation path passes attacker-controlled special elements to an operating-system command without correctly neutralizing them. A low-privileged account and adjacent-network access are required; successful exploitation compromises the host's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
