Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 2201 before 2201.0012 and 2302 before 2302.0006 allows attackers to execute code. The SPP file parser reads past the end of an allocated structure while processing attacker-controlled file contents. Exploitation requires a user to open a specially crafted SPP file, after which code runs with the current process's privileges.
