Network reconfiguration via unauthenticated HICP requests

Improper authentication in HMS Networks Anybus X-Gateway AB7832-F firmware 3.29.01 allows remote attackers to alter network settings. The UDP 3250 HICP service accepts valid configuration frames while authentication is disabled by default, including frames that set an attacker-chosen password. Network access to the device is sufficient; changing its addressing can interrupt industrial traffic, and setting a password can block legitimate reconfiguration.
