Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe PHP deserialization
Published Feb 12, 2024 · Updated May 7, 2025
Insecure deserialization in Gambio 4.9.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted search parameter. ParcelshopfinderController.inc.php base64-decodes the Parcelshopfinder/AddAddressBookEntry search value and passes it directly to PHP unserialize(). No prior account is required because guest creation is automated, and a bundled Guzzle gadget chain writes attacker-controlled PHP into the web root.
