Code execution via unsanitized SCP filename

Command injection in KiTTY 0.76.1.13 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands when a user connects to a crafted SSH host. The GetOneFile function appends the filename from an __rv SCP escape sequence to a command buffer without neutralizing shell metacharacters, then passes that buffer to system(). A KiTTY user must open an SSH session to a malicious or compromised host; the terminal output then runs commands with that user's Windows privileges.
