IDOR in Moderna Sistemas ModernaNet Hospital Management System 2024 allows remote attackers to read sensitive medical information. The /Modernanet/LAUDO/LAU0000100/Laudo endpoint accepts a user-controlled id value and returns the corresponding medical report without verifying authorization. No login or user interaction is required, and the disclosed impact is limited to the confidentiality of medical records.
