Unauthenticated service crash via malformed form payload

NULL pointer dereference in Fluent Bit 2.1.8 through 2.2.1 allows remote attackers to crash the service with malformed form data. The HTTP input parser assumes an equals sign exists in an application/x-www-form-urlencoded body, then calls a function on an empty keys array. The HTTP input must be enabled and reachable; a successful request terminates the process without restart, interrupting log delivery.
