Kernel privilege escalation via out-of-bounds write

Out-of-bounds write in Android's PowerVR GPU kernel component allows local users to escalate privileges through PMRWritePMPageList. PMRWritePMPageList in pmr.c performs the out-of-bounds write because of a logic error; the public record does not expose the faulty branch. A low-privileged local process can reach the flaw without user interaction and gain kernel privileges on devices containing the affected GPU component.
