Local denial of service via AppOps attribution saturation

Resource exhaustion in Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to cause a denial of service without user interaction. Multiple AppOpsService methods accept undefined proxy attribution tags and persist enough entries to saturate /data/system/appops_accesses.xml. An installed app needs no additional execution privileges; exhausting the persistent access-history file interrupts local service.
