Local privilege escalation via shared-user validation error

Privilege escalation in Google Android 13 and 14 allows local users to execute arbitrary app code with privileged-app rights. InstallPackageHelper.java incorrectly validates an unprivileged package joining a privileged shared user, allowing its code to inherit that identity. A local app can reach this package-installation path without user interaction or additional execution privileges.
