Service interruption via unbounded WebSocket closure

Incomplete cleanup in Apache Tomcat allows remote attackers to retain WebSocket connections and consume server resources. WsSession starts the closing handshake without a deadline, so a client that withholds its close response leaves the session registered and its network connection open. A reachable WebSocket endpoint is required; repeated incomplete handshakes increase resource consumption until service is interrupted.
