Improper authorization in Fortinet FortiWeb allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized ADOM operations via crafted requests. Fortinet identifies multiple access-control failures but has not published the affected request handlers or the authorization checks they omit. Reachability requires a valid administrator session and enabled ADOMs; successful requests cross the account's configured policy and protected-host boundary.
