Service crash via unsupported HTTP request bodies

Denial of service in SvelteKit 2.0.0 through 2.4.2 allows remote attackers to crash Node-hosted apps with crafted HTTP requests. The Node request bridge passes bodies from every HTTP method into the Fetch Request constructor, which throws on GET or HEAD bodies and leaves TRACE errors uncaught. Only preview or adapter-node deployments with non-prerendered routes are exposed; one request terminates the process and requires a restart.
