Authenticated file disclosure via QKView path traversal

Directory traversal in F5OS QKView on F5OS-A 1.3.0 through 1.3.2 and F5OS-C 1.3.0 through 1.5.1 allows local users to read files. QKView accepts a crafted pathname that traverses beyond its report directory instead of restricting file resolution to that directory. An authenticated account with local access is required, and exploitation exposes readable appliance files without reported modification or service interruption.
