Remote code execution via unauthenticated host reconfiguration

OS command injection in ParisNeo LoLLMs WebUI 9.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through exposed HTTP endpoints. The unauthenticated /update_setting endpoint changes the runtime host value, causing /execute_code to treat external requests as local and execute supplied code. The service is intended for local use, but network exposure permits complete compromise of the hosting process.
