Improper permission preservation in HCL DevOps Deploy 8.0 through 8.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated administrators to retain access. Deleting a custom security resource type does not fully revoke its associated permissions, leaving previously granted authorization in place. The defect also affects HCL Launch 7.0 through 7.0.5.20, 7.1 through 7.1.2.16, 7.2 through 7.2.3.9, and 7.3 through 7.3.2.4; high privileges are required.
