Authenticated impersonation via persistent logout session cookies

Session invalidation failure in HCL DevOps Deploy allows remote authenticated users to impersonate other users after logout. The logout path fails to invalidate every authentication cookie, leaving a retained session cookie accepted by later server requests. Exploitation requires authenticated access and reuse of the still-valid cookie; the surviving session grants the impersonated user's application privileges.
