Subscriber opt-ins via missing request nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in AccessAlly PopupAlly 2.1.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to submit subscriber opt-ins. The optin_submit_callback function accepts a state-changing request without correctly validating a WordPress nonce, so forged input is processed as a legitimate opt-in. Exploitation requires a victim to follow a crafted link or perform an attacker-induced action; the documented consequence is unauthorized subscriber opt-in submission.
