Authenticated command execution via newline-filter bypass
Published Mar 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 12, 2024
Command injection in FIT2CLOUD 1Panel before 1.10.1-lts allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands via a swap path. UpdateDeviceSwap passes the Path field to cmd.Execf after CheckIllegal rejects several shell metacharacters but fails to reject carriage returns or newlines. An authenticated panel session can insert a new shell command into the swap-management request, granting command execution with the service's host privileges.
