CSRF in the affected WordPress markup-control plugin through 1.8 allows remote attackers to submit state-changing requests from a victim browser. Patchstack has not published the affected request handler or the missing request-intent validation operation. Exploitation requires user interaction and an authenticated WordPress browser session; resulting changes are limited by victim privileges, with no reported confidentiality or availability impact.
