CVE-2024-23502Network attack vector

Contributor stored XSS via unsafe shortcode parameters

Published Jan 31, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Stored XSS in InfornWeb's Post List Designer 3.3.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The pld_simple_list and pld_archive_list shortcodes render title_tag and list_style parameter values without adequate output escaping. Contributor access is required to store a payload, and a visitor must view the affected shortcode output for browser-side script execution.
