Authenticated code execution via unsafe JSON deserialization

Deserialization in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the ARM server. The JsonSerializationBinder class accepts user-supplied type data without proper validation and deserializes it in the ARM service account context. Exploitation requires authentication and adjacent-network access, and successful execution grants the service account's privileges.
