Unauthenticated code execution via unvalidated OpenFile paths

Path traversal in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through the OpenFile method. OpenFile uses a user-supplied path in file operations without first validating that the path remains within an authorized directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the context of SYSTEM.
