Authentication bypass in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to access its RabbitMQ console. The RabbitMQ configuration contains hard-coded credentials, so possession of the embedded values satisfies console authentication. No ARM account or user interaction is required; public technical details do not identify which console actions are reachable.
