File deletion and disclosure via unvalidated path

Path traversal in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete files and read sensitive data. The deleteTransferFile method passes a user-supplied path to file operations without properly validating that the path remains in an allowed location. Exploitation requires adjacent-network reachability but no authentication, and file operations execute in the context of a highly privileged domain user.
