Memory corruption via mutable IOCTL packet size

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon EVA firmware allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory via a crafted IOCTL command. After system properties reach the EVA driver, a user-space caller changes the command's original packet size, causing use of an out-of-range pointer offset. Reachability requires local high-privilege access, and the corruption can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction.
