Memory corruption via unauthorized GPU register access

Improper access control in Qualcomm Snapdragon firmware allows local users to corrupt memory while creating an LPAC client. The LPAC engine permits the client-creation path to access GPU registers, crossing the intended register-access boundary and corrupting memory. Local execution is required; Qualcomm reports no privileges or user interaction are needed, and successful exploitation can compromise data and interrupt the device.
