Permanent service interruption via malformed NAS payload combination

Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows attackers to permanently interrupt cellular service via NAS transport. DL NAS transport processes an integrity-failed SOR container alongside an LPP payload requiring a UE status response and reaches an assertion. Exploitation requires adjacent network access but no authentication or user interaction, and the reported consequence is limited to availability.
