Stored XSS in Network to Code Nautobot before 1.6.10 or 2.0.0 through 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The render_markdown utility renders user-editable Markdown to HTML and marks it safe after only stripping tags and filtering link schemes, which misses obfuscated script injection. Exploitation requires low-privileged write access to a Markdown-backed field and a user to view or click the rendered content, enabling actions in the viewer's session.
