Browser script execution via unescaped tuitse_html interpolation

HTML injection in i3thuan5 TuiTse-TsuSin before 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to inject browser-interpreted markup through tuitse_html. The tuitse_html function interpolates Taiwanese input with string.format(), then passes the assembled output to Django format_html() without escapable arguments. Exploitation requires a consuming application to accept attacker-controlled text and a user to render the returned HTML, enabling script execution in that application's origin.
