Unauthenticated file disclosure via case-sensitive deny matching

Information disclosure in affected Vite dev servers allows remote attackers to read denied files via case-altered filesystem paths. The deny matcher uses picomatch's case-sensitive default while the file server resolves names case-insensitively, so altered filename casing evades the block list. Exposure requires an accessible dev server on a case-insensitive filesystem; affected releases are 2.7.0 through 2.9.16, 3.0.0 through 3.2.7, 4.0.0 through 4.5.1, and 5.0.0 through 5.0.11.
