Code execution via encoded JDBC parameter bypass

Deserialization in the MySQL datasource handler in FIT2CLOUD DataEase allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. Mysql.getJdbc lowercases raw extraParams and compares them with a blacklist without URL-decoding first, while the MySQL JDBC driver decodes encoded dangerous options before connecting. Affected releases before 1.18.15 and from 2.0.0 to before 2.3.0 accept an encoded allowLoadLocalInfile option, enabling server-side file reads or deserialization-based code execution through datasource verification.
