Unauthenticated proxy crash via uncaught address exception

Uncaught exception in Envoy allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via an IPv6 address in a PROXY protocol header. Filter::parseV2Header constructs IPv6 address objects from header fields without catching the exception raised when the host lacks IPv6 support. The request is unauthenticated, but the crash requires a listener with the PROXY protocol filter enabled on a host where IPv6 is disabled.
