Jira disconnection via unprotected logout request

Cross-site request forgery in the Mattermost Jira Plugin through Mattermost 8.1.7 allows remote authenticated users to disconnect Jira links. The plugin's Jira logout action accepts a browser-triggered request without validating an anti-CSRF token, so rendered message content can invoke it. The attacker needs permission to post a crafted message, and the victim must view it; the documented consequence is loss of the Jira connection.
