System crash via RAID5 cache-count race

Integer overflow in Linux kernel before 6.8-rc1 allows local users with administrative privileges to crash systems using RAID5. raid5_cache_count reads max_nr_stripes and min_nr_stripes inconsistently while raid5_set_cache_size updates them, so their unsigned subtraction can wrap after the bounds check. Exploitation requires write access to RAID5 stripe-cache sysfs settings and concurrent cache-size activity; the documented consequence is a system crash.
