Local secret disclosure via world-readable rescue initrd

Information disclosure in Relax-and-Recover 2.7 and earlier allows local users to read root-only secrets from a generated initrd. The GNU/Linux initramfs creation script leaves the archive with permissive mode bits, and the GRUB_RESCUE path preserves them when copying it into /boot. Exposure requires the non-default GRUB_RESCUE=y setting and sensitive files included in the recovery image; integrity and availability are unaffected.
