Consent bypass in Apple macOS Shortcuts allows context-dependent attackers to send events to apps through a third-party shortcut. The Shortcuts app permits a legacy Automator action embedded in a third-party shortcut to dispatch events without obtaining user consent. User interaction is required to run the shortcut; the bypass lets its actions control other applications without the added consent prompt.
