Denial of service via unrestricted process signaling

A permissions flaw in libxpc in affected Apple operating systems allows local users to cause a denial-of-service through an app. On macOS, unrestricted signaling lets an application repeatedly terminate XProtect Remediator processes with pkill, disabling malware remediation.
