Unauthenticated command execution via DDNS username

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via username. The setDdnsCfg handler passes the request body's username value to Uci_Set_Str, which splices it into a uci command before CsteSystem sends it to execv. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected backtick syntax can execute commands and write output into the router's web root.
