Authenticated file disclosure via backup path traversal

Path traversal in Softaculous Backuply for WordPress 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The backuply_download_backup function uses the attacker-controlled backup_name parameter to select a download path without confining the resolved Windows path to the backup directory. An account with the activate_plugins capability and a Windows-hosted WordPress site are required; the reported consequence is disclosure of files readable by the web server.
