CVE-2024-22939Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthorized category changes via forged edit request

Published Feb 1, 2024 · Updated Aug 27, 2024

CSRF in FlyCms 1.0 allows remote attackers to change an article category through a forged request to /system/article/category_edit. The endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST carrying the category id and replacement name without evidence of an anti-CSRF token or origin validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to load attacker-controlled content, and the published proof changes category data rather than demonstrating arbitrary code execution.
