Authenticated object injection via deserialized placement slug
Published May 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
PHP object injection in MonetizeMore Advanced Ads 1.52.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject objects via placement_slug. The import module deserializes the placement_slug request value without restricting object creation, reconstructing attacker-supplied PHP objects. Administrator privileges are required, and file deletion, data access, or code execution also requires a suitable POP chain from another installed plugin or theme.
