Internal service access via unchecked callback destination

Server-side request forgery in Tencent BlueKing CMDB 3.2.x through 3.9.x allows remote attackers to reach internal services via crafted POST requests. The event-subscription handler accepts an attacker-chosen callback destination and makes the corresponding server-side request without blocking internal targets.
